Warranty
The warranty begins on the day the Consumer takes over the product. A 24 month warranty is provided for the goods (unless otherwise agreed or warranted). The Seller is responsible for any defects in the product that the goods have at the time of purchase by the Buyer or which appear during the warranty period. Goods complaint
Our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. But even if you do find some fault, we ensure a smooth processing of your complaint.
How to make a complaint?
- Contact us and describe the reason for the complaint.
- Pack the goods in a way so that the goods as well as their own packaging do not get damaged during the transport.
- Fill in the Complaint form and put it into the package.
- Send the package to the bellow given address (do not use the Payment on delivery shipping method).
- We will receive and check the faulty goods.
- We will send you a refund for the faulty goods (or in case of interest, send you a replacement).
Return of goods
If you are unhappy with our products, you can return them without giving any reason within the statutory period of 14 days.
How to return the goods?
- Contact us and inform us that you wish to return the goods.
- Pack the goods in a way so that the goods as well as their own packaging do not get damaged during the transport.
- Fill in the Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement and put it into the package.
- Send the package to the bellow given address (do not use the Payment on delivery shipping method).
- We will receive the goods and refund you money.
If you wish to return the goods without giving any reason, the goods must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging (with the complete documentation).

Damaged consignment
We always prepare the goods for shipping as carefully as possible to arrive in time and in order. If, despite all the precautions, the shipment is damaged, we are here to solve the issue with you as quickly as possible.
Damaged package of the consignment
- When taking over the goods, carefully check the consignment packaging.
- Do not take over a damaged consignment (e.g. with a punctured or torn packaging) unless you can make sure that the goods inside is okay.
- Always state the reason for refusing the consignment to the mailman in the shipping note next to your signature.
- Inform us about the issue by phone or e-mail and we will agree on the next steps.
Damaged goods inside the consignment
- Check the content of the consignment as soon as possible after delivery.
- In case the content of the consignment is damaged, contact us by phone or e-mail without delay (no later than the next working day after delivery) and we will agree on the next steps.
- Do not throw away or modify packaging of the consignment.
- If possible, send us pictures of the damaged goods and the damaged packaging.
